Oversee the functional operation, reliability, testing, and continuous improvement of lottery gaming systems, retailer terminals, iLottery, ICS, and related platforms. Manage vendors, acceptance testing, change orders, documentation, regulatory submissions, and system performance reporting. Supervise ICS, project management, and QA staff while coordinating with internal departments, vendors, regulators, and technical partners. The role also supports training, process improvement, and assigned gaming system projects.
