As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you'll build and evolve the infrastructure and network systems that power our high-performance digital experiences. You'll work across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, with a strong focus on network reliability, automation, scalability, and security. Partnering with engineering teams, you'll improve how we build, deploy, monitor, and operate our infrastructure while solving complex networking and production challenges. You'll also help shape technical direction and strengthen engineering practices as our systems continue to scale.
What you'll do as a Lead DevOps Engineer
- Design and support network infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Build and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
- Automate infrastructure and network operations using infrastructure as code.
- Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Monitor and improve system and network performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and production issues.
- Strengthen DevOps, networking, and automation practices across engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of DevOps, infrastructure, or network engineering experience.
- Cloud networking experience across AWS, GCP, and hybrid data center connectivity
- Experience with Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Strong experience with routing, switching, VPNs, BGP, and firewalls, including hands-on experience with FortiGate, Aruba, and hybrid network environments.
- Proven experience with infrastructure as code, Git-based workflows (GitOps), and advanced scripting in Python and Bash.
- Proven ability to architect, build, and scale complex network infrastructure.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana Stack.
- A strong track record of mentoring engineers, leading change and design reviews, and driving high-impact technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with familiarity using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude, Codex, or Gemini.
