The FP&A Manager provides financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, KPI management, and decision support to leadership. Responsibilities include financial modeling, dashboard development, budget-to-actual analysis, acquisition valuation, business transformation initiatives, system conversions, capital expenditure tracking, and audit support. The role requires extensive FP&A experience, advanced Excel and reporting-tool skills, business intelligence expertise, and experience with due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.

Leads demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and the Sales and Operations Planning cycle for imported instruments. Prioritizes work and purchase orders using MRP recommendations, analyzes capacity and supply chain performance, manages delivery priorities, and supports ERP implementation. The role maintains data accuracy, monitors schedule attainment, conducts root cause analysis for stockouts, improves planning processes, and communicates production and delivery updates across sales, customer service, operations, and engineering teams.

Supervise and manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, three-way matching, payments (ACH/wire/check), vendor maintenance, AP reporting, month-end close, process improvements, and staff coaching. Serve as escalation point for complex vendor/payment issues and ensure internal controls and compliance.

Lead global finance and accounting for a manufacturing and distribution business. Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash and inventory management, ERP financial processes, and financial strategy. Act as strategic partner to the CEO, drive operational efficiency, manage audits and compliance across jurisdictions, support M&A and capital decisions, and lead finance, accounting and customer engagement teams through turnaround initiatives.
