Perform piston fabrication duties while following safety procedures, PPE requirements, supervisor direction, and workplace policies. Maintain a clean work area, collaborate with team members, complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently, and meet specified quality tolerances. The role requires regular attendance, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, frequent standing and walking, repetitive fingering and grasping, visual focus, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.

Supervises departmental production, employee training, quality standards, and manufacturing processes. Develops production schedules, supports lean manufacturing, monitors output, verifies labor and material transactions, promotes employee motivation and communication, and implements cost-containment and safety measures. The role focuses on improving productivity, minimizing scrap, maintaining product quality, and building employee capabilities in a musical-instrument manufacturing environment.

Performs cost accounting and financial support for manufacturing and distribution facilities. Responsibilities include month-end journal entries, cost rolls, inventory and cycle count analysis, production variance reviews, BOM and routing updates, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role partners with Engineering, Materials, plant teams, and management to ensure accurate product costs, inventory records, and manufacturing financial statements.
