Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash and inventory management, ERP financial processes, and financial strategy. Act as strategic partner to the CEO, drive operational efficiency, manage audits and compliance across jurisdictions, support M&A and capital decisions, and lead finance, accounting and customer engagement teams through turnaround initiatives.

Lead consolidated general ledger and financial close processes under US GAAP.
