Conducts community outreach to identify and enroll eligible individuals and families in benefits and assistance programs. Builds rapport, answers questions, gathers and safeguards personal information, follows up on registrations, tracks progress, and supports reporting to administrators, funders, and the Board. The role combines office documentation and reporting with regular fieldwork at community sites, including travel and occasional overnight stays.

The Human Resources Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, compliance, HRIS administration, reporting, training, and employee engagement. The role maintains confidential personnel records, supports managers and employees, coordinates HR processes, and helps advance organizational initiatives. This position requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Provides administrative support for a foster care program by tracking credentialing documentation, coordinating trainings and placements, auditing client charts, documenting services, supporting foster and kinship families, following up with partner agencies, and participating in outreach and staff activities. Handles confidential client information and serves as a daytime point of contact for new placements.

Supervise at least five case managers and support staff providing child welfare services. Assign and review cases, ensure compliance with applicable standards, guide complex foster care, adoption, guardianship, and protective services matters, and review service plans and case outcomes. Provide coaching, training, mentorship, and performance feedback while collaborating with courts, agencies, leadership, and community partners. Improve workflows and ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive, family-centered service delivery.

Provides child and youth welfare case management, counseling, referrals, placement services, and family support. Maintains a caseload, assesses client and family needs, develops service plans, coordinates medical, behavioral, and social services, conducts home visits, monitors provider performance, prepares reports, and maintains case records. The role also involves court actions, collaboration with agencies and community partners, staff meetings, required training, and travel to clients, court appointments, meetings, and trainings.

Provides day-to-day administrative support for a program director and staff, including scheduling meetings, data entry, documentation, billing authorization, client records, inventory, shipping, forms, reports, mail, payroll support, and staff orientation. Interacts with program participants and community agencies while maintaining organized office operations and prioritizing multiple assignments. Requires strong communication, computer, organizational, and time-management skills, plus a valid driver's license, insurance, and flexibility to travel.

Facilitates safe and timely reunification of children and youth in out-of-home placements. The specialist coordinates family services, monitors court orders and case-plan compliance, assesses home safety, supervises visits, supports court preparation, tracks permanency progress, documents activities in ECMS, participates in family conferences and hearings, and collaborates with child welfare, probation, and community partners while protecting confidentiality and child safety.
