The Fiscal Accountant manages accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger integrity, financial close, grant expenditure tracking, budgeting support, audit documentation, and internal controls. The role uses Sage Intacct or comparable ERP systems to improve reporting and financial processes, supports compliance with GAAP and grant requirements, advises staff on fiscal procedures, and identifies workflow improvements across departments.

Provides administrative support for a foster care program by tracking credentialing documentation, coordinating trainings and placements, auditing client charts, documenting services, supporting foster and kinship families, following up with partner agencies, and participating in outreach and staff activities. Handles confidential client information and serves as a daytime point of contact for new placements.

Leads Concilio’s Human Resources department and serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR policies, investigations, metrics, reporting, and DEI initiatives. Manages and develops the HR team while fostering an equitable, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
