Provides intensive case management and behavioral health support to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness through the PACT program. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, coordinating multidisciplinary care, facilitating psychoeducation and skills groups, connecting clients with resources, assisting with advocacy and daily living needs, and maintaining ethical documentation and professional standards.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and medical services in a 24/7 residential behavioral health facility. Ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, crisis oversight, staffing strategy, training, documentation integrity, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver trauma-informed care and continuous quality improvement for adolescents.

Provide screenings, brief assessments, crisis intervention, and resource connections. Deliver 1:1, group, and family therapy with enrolled consumers; support BA and MA practicum students. Maintain medical and school records, participate in team meetings and trainings, coordinate with staff, and uphold ethical and confidentiality standards.
