Provide counseling, case management, and behavioral health support to adults in residential treatment. Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team, facilitate psychoeducation and skills groups, connect clients to resources, maintain documentation, and participate in supervision and training to support client recovery.

Provide screenings, brief assessments, crisis intervention, and resource connections. Deliver 1:1, group, and family therapy with enrolled consumers; support BA and MA practicum students. Maintain medical and school records, participate in team meetings and trainings, coordinate with staff, and uphold ethical and confidentiality standards.

Provide strategic and operational leadership for nursing and medical services in a 24/7 residential behavioral health facility. Ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, infection prevention, crisis oversight, staffing strategy, training, documentation integrity, and interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver trauma-informed care and continuous quality improvement for adolescents.
