Own and build Complir's German market: generate pipeline, run end-to-end enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles (discovery to close), sell to compliance/regulatory and C-suite contacts, act as market expert and thought leader, feed product and GTM insights back to the team, and hire and grow the local German/DACH pod as customers land.
