From the moment a product is born until it's market ready, Complir runs the compliance lifecycle: assessing what applies, generating what's required, and explaining what to do next.
We're a Danish startup founded in late 2024, backed by leading investors and selected for Y Combinator (Spring 2026). We're a small team moving fast in a market being reshaped by regulations like the Digital Product Passport, GPSR, and REACH.

Complir provides AI-powered product-compliance infrastructure for retailers and brands. Its platform maps product data, assesses regulatory risks, generates documentation such as labels, declarations of conformity, and technical files, and monitors regulatory changes across markets. By automating compliance checklists and risk workflows at SKU level, Complir helps companies launch physical products faster, expand internationally, and maintain compliance as their portfolios grow.
