The role requires approximately 50% travel, including visits across the Thai-Myanmar border, and emphasizes relationship building, stakeholder collaboration, and practical solutions in resource-constrained environments.

Provides financial guidance, monitoring, training, coaching, and compliance support to church partners across Indonesia. Reviews financial reports, transaction listings, audits, controls, and partner performance; conducts assessments and field visits; strengthens accounting practices; develops training resources; and collaborates with finance, partnership, program, and leadership teams. Requires substantial travel and the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders.

Remote Spring 2027 internship program for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Interns may be considered for opportunities in global communications, marketing, marketing operations, donor relations, donor research, or HR. Participants must meet faith-based, child-protection, cultural-behavior, education, availability, schedule, and U.S. employment eligibility requirements. The internship runs February 1 through May 14, 2027, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Paid, in-person summer internship at Compassion International’s Colorado Springs headquarters.
