Provide full-time endocrinology care in clinic and partner long-term care facilities: evaluate patients, order and review tests, develop and monitor treatment plans, prescribe medications, document records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure quality/compliance, and pursue continuing medical education.

Provide outpatient rheumatology care including diagnosis, treatment, joint injections, ordering and interpreting labs/imaging, medication management, patient education, and coordination with primary care and specialists. Diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases in clinic settings, perform procedures (joint injections), order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe and monitor treatments, provide patient education, collaborate with care teams, maintain EMR documentation, and participate in quality improvement and teaching activities.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in a clinic setting, order and interpret diagnostic tests (ECG, labs, x-ray), prescribe medications, provide patient education and follow-up, supervise support staff, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA), collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide care in partner long-term care facilities as needed.

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic cardiac conditions in clinic and partner long-term care settings. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (ECG, labs, X-ray), prescribe medications, perform exams, coordinate patient care, supervise staff, document records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in clinics and contracted facilities. Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, develop treatment plans, supervise Psych NP/PA, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver training and emergency consultations.

Provide cardiology care in a clinic setting: diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform cardiologic exams, order and interpret tests (EKG, labs, x-rays), prescribe medications, educate patients, coordinate care, supervise staff, document care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment across clinic and skilled nursing settings, prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, develop and document treatment plans, supervise staff including a psychiatric NP, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance and quality, and provide staff training and emergency consultations.
