Diagnose and treat rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, gout, and autoimmune disorders. Provide consultations, prescribe and adjust treatments, interpret laboratory and imaging results, perform joint injections, educate patients, and coordinate care with other providers. Maintain accurate EMR documentation, participate in quality improvement and teaching activities, support clinical protocols, supervise staff, and comply with medical, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Provides specialized podiatric care for foot, ankle, and lower-extremity conditions in clinics and long-term care facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosis, surgery, wound management, prescribing medications and orthotics, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. The role requires a DPM degree, podiatric residency, licensure, board certification or eligibility, BLS/ACLS, DEA registration, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Provide full-time endocrinology care in clinic and partner long-term care facilities: evaluate patients, order and review tests, develop and monitor treatment plans, prescribe medications, document records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure quality/compliance, and pursue continuing medical education.
