Provide technical support and maintenance for the 988 crisis hotline: manage RingCentral, iCarol, Vibrant Exchange and other systems; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; perform backups and security monitoring; create user accounts; lead IT projects; coordinate vendors; and document procedures and training.

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and branding initiatives to drive census growth, referrals, and community engagement. Create campaigns targeting referral sources, manage digital advertising, SEO, websites, and social media; produce content and graphic design; monitor performance and draft press releases and organizational communications while collaborating with leadership.

Provide direct nursing care in outpatient behavioral health clinics under RN/NP/physician direction: administer medications and injections, collect vitals and specimens, perform screenings and basic first aid, educate patients, document in EHR, assist scheduling and interfacility coordination, and cover multiple clinic sites within LPN scope per Ohio Board of Nursing.

Provide peer-based recovery support using lived experience and state certification. Educate clients on recovery models, co-develop WRAP plans, assist in crisis stabilization, connect clients with resources, and promote resiliency, advocacy, and culturally sensitive services.

Lead development and management of referral relationships across community partners to increase access to behavioral health and substance use treatment. Conduct in-person outreach, build referral pathways, represent the organization at events, use CRM and analytics to track referrals, and collaborate with internal teams to improve admissions and organizational growth.

Configure and maintain CareLogic billing within the EHR, test and validate billing functionality, submit and correct EDI and manual claims, audit and reconcile billing activity, run patient statements and write-offs, design billing reports, coordinate with finance, maintain billing documentation, and ensure compliance with coding and payer regulations.

Provide 24/7 confidential crisis intervention and suicide prevention via the 988 lifeline: answer calls, perform risk assessments, de-escalate, create safety plans, provide referrals, document encounters, and coordinate with emergency responders and community resources.

Provide timely follow-up outreach to individuals contacting the 988 Lifeline, assess ongoing risk, reinforce safety plans, connect callers to services, document interactions, and coordinate with crisis teams and community partners to support stabilization and recovery.

Provide community-based case management for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders: coordinate care, conduct home visits, link clients to resources, monitor symptoms, teach daily living skills, assist with crisis stabilization, and collaborate with treatment teams and supports.

Provide 24/7 medically monitored withdrawal management in an ASAM 3.7 residential facility. Work with RNs, NPs, physicians and behavioral health staff to assess vitals and withdrawal scales (CIWA/COWS), administer medications and injections, collect specimens, coordinate care, educate patients, document in the EHR, and practice within Ohio Board of Nursing scope.

Provide 24/7 nursing care and assessments for patients in ASAM 3.7 withdrawal management. Monitor vitals and symptoms, administer medications (including MAT), document changes, respond to medical/psychiatric emergencies, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, maintain MARs and controlled substance records, follow agency policies and ASAM standards, and provide patient education and trauma‑informed care.

Provide hotline crisis support including emotional support, de-escalation, safety planning, documentation, and referrals. Coordinate with agencies and law enforcement as needed and maintain knowledge of community resources.
