Leads outpatient behavioral health clinical services through staff supervision, coaching, documentation and quality oversight. Monitors treatment planning, productivity, authorizations, medical necessity, payer requirements, and regulatory compliance. Provides case consultation, training, chart reviews, and program development while coordinating care with providers, families, schools, and community partners. Delivers direct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapy as needed. Requires evening hours and on-call rotation.

Provide medically monitored nursing care in a residential withdrawal-management facility. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, vital signs and withdrawal-scale monitoring, medication administration, specimen collection, injections, patient education, care coordination, therapeutic communication, and compliant EHR documentation. The LPN supports interdisciplinary care, patient safety, stabilization, and compassionate treatment for individuals experiencing acute withdrawal and behavioral health conditions.

Manage healthcare billing and accounts receivable, including posting insurance and client payments into billing and EMR systems. Reconcile accounts, balance checks and deposits, monitor claim status, follow up on unpaid or denied claims, process adjustments and contractual write-offs, retrieve remittance documents, and support denial resolution. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, coding, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements while coordinating with payers, clients, and internal teams.

Provide community-based case management to individuals with mental illness: coordinate assessments and treatment planning, facilitate access to healthcare and social services, teach daily living skills, monitor symptoms, assist in crisis management and stabilization, link clients to community resources and support groups, perform home visits, and collaborate with treatment teams, families, and providers.

Provide clinical supervision, training, and oversight for outpatient/community mental health clinicians. Deliver direct therapy, ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, support hiring/onboarding, lead quality improvement, and coordinate care with partners to improve client outcomes.

Provide peer-based recovery support using lived experience and state certification. Educate clients on recovery models, co-develop WRAP plans, assist in crisis stabilization, connect clients with resources, and promote resiliency, advocacy, and culturally sensitive services.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents and adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions, perform crisis and suicide risk assessments, coordinate care with families and providers, maintain timely EHR documentation, and participate in interdisciplinary teams and supervision.

Lead strategic growth for a behavioral health provider by developing partnerships, expanding referral networks, analyzing market trends, driving referrals and admissions, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders, and managing business development, outreach, admissions, and marketing teams using CRM and reporting tools.

Greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, manage patient registration and electronic records, support intake/admissions, maintain office operations, track data, and protect client confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks; manage ticketing system; maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs; implement backup/recovery and security policies; lead system upgrades, installations, and IT projects to ensure business continuity and optimized IT infrastructure.
