Community Health Alliance

Community Health Alliance is a regional non-profit organization in Ohio that integrates mental health and substance use treatment. By bridging comprehensive health and social service providers, including Sojourner Recovery Services and Transitional Living-TLC, the agency provides a seamless system of integrated care and behavioral health services focused on prevention, assessment, treatment, and recovery to strengthen and empower the individuals, families, and communities they serve.
