Provide medically monitored withdrawal management in a residential detox setting. Perform nursing assessments, monitor vitals and withdrawal scales, administer medications and injections, collect specimens, document care in the EHR, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team and external providers while practicing within Ohio LPN scope.

Provide hotline crisis support including emotional support, de-escalation, suicide risk management, safety planning, referrals and resource linkage, coordinate with agencies/law enforcement as needed, and maintain accurate documentation while receiving training and coaching.

Provide technical support and maintenance for the 988 crisis hotline: manage RingCentral, iCarol, Vibrant Exchange and other systems; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; perform backups and security monitoring; create user accounts; lead IT projects; coordinate vendors; and document procedures and training.
