Jobs at Community Family Advocates

Welcomes and engages adults experiencing homelessness, helps coordinate showers, laundry, food, clothing, shelter, and benefits, and connects clients with housing, recovery, health, and community services. Provides coaching, encouragement, advocacy, documentation, and resource navigation while maintaining a safe, organized, trauma-informed environment. Collaborates with staff and providers, protects confidentiality, and supports clients in achieving personal goals.

Engages people experiencing homelessness, listens to their needs, develops short-term action plans, connects clients with housing and human services, and provides navigation, advocacy, triage, and informal housing coaching. The role includes concierge duties, street outreach support, appointment accompaniment, documentation, collaboration, and identifying solutions that improve Engagement Center services.
