Community Family Advocates is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports people with health and human-services needs and their families. It enriches lives by providing resources, coordination, direct services, and ongoing support through community partnerships. Its vision is a connected community where participants can access resources and live as independently as possible, with an emphasis on collaboration, accountability, coordination, and respect.
