Supervise students during lunch, recess, arrival, dismissal, and transitions; ensure safety and orderly behavior; assist and escalate student issues; support events; maintain records and communication; develop and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments to meet New Jersey standards as needed.

Provide nursing services and health screenings, maintain student health records and medical supplies, deliver emergency care and first aid, control communicable diseases, advise staff/parents, support special education identification, contribute to health education and school safety, and perform related duties.

Provide temporary coverage for the school nurse: deliver first aid and emergency care, conduct mandated health screenings, maintain confidential student health and immunization records, control communicable diseases, advise staff/parents, support special education placement, participate in health education and emergency/crisis planning, and maintain medical supplies.

Lead and manage the school's technology systems and data infrastructure, including PowerSchool SIS administration, NJDOE reporting, integrations (Google Workspace, Clever), cybersecurity, IT operations, and data analysis. Build dashboards and reports to guide instructional and operational decisions, manage vendors and change efforts, ensure data privacy/compliance, provide technical support and training, and support state testing and emergency communication systems.
