Provide administrative and customer-facing support for the IT sales function, handling order processing, quotations, license renewals, vendor liaison, deal registrations, and customer queries. Coordinate with operations on hardware/software movement, maintain partner contacts, and help drive recurring revenue through proactive renewals and excellent service.

Provide escalated 2nd-line IT support for internal teams and external clients, manage helpdesk tickets within SLA, perform server patching and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot infrastructure (VMware, AD, Office 365, Citrix, networking, SAN), liaise with vendors, maintain documentation, attend client sites (including occasional overnight stays) and participate in a paid on-call rota.

Support procurement and sustainability initiatives across multiple product categories. Manage supplier relationships, onboarding, compliance, and sustainability reporting (Scope 3, EcoVadis, ISO, GHG Protocol). Analyse supplier data, negotiate terms, support marketing plans, and help deliver projects to meet science-based environmental targets.

Lead development, maintenance, and optimisation of business applications, databases and integrations. Design APIs/middleware and data processes, troubleshoot complex system issues, improve performance and usability, support release management, collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, and modernise legacy systems while exploring practical AI and automation opportunities.

First point of contact in an MSP helpdesk: triage, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate incidents and service requests across multiple client environments. Provide remote support for Microsoft 365, Windows/AVD, AD/Entra ID, MFA, endpoint management, basic networking and hardware. Log and manage tickets in PSA/RMM tools, meet SLAs, maintain documentation and knowledgebase, liaise with suppliers, and follow ITIL, security and data protection standards.

Develop new business pipeline and convert prospects into profitable accounts across Office Supplies, IT, Print, Interiors, PPE and related services. Prospect via cold calling, LinkedIn and social media, run site visits, create presentations/proposals, maintain CRM, collaborate with Implementation and Account Management, and meet sales and gross profit targets.

Drive new business for Managed IT across Cloud & Datacentre, Modern Workplace, Cyber Security and Managed Services. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, generate appointments, manage CRM records, support pricing/tender activity, run site visits, hand over clients to account management, maintain product/vendor accreditations, and meet KPI and sales targets.
