Manages end-to-end credit control activities, including credit limits, collateral records, reconciliations, covenant monitoring, LTV oversight, settlements, compliance requests, audit remediation, and operational controls. The role leads process improvements, supports risk and regulatory requirements, maintains procedures, trains staff, and ensures accurate, timely processing within service-level agreements.

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Emerging Corporate clients, acquire new relationships, negotiate credit lines, conduct client visits and account planning, cross-sell banking products, ensure timely credit administration and compliance, and contribute to corporate business strategy.

Provides professional phone-based customer service for banking customers, handles inquiries and complaints, resolves issues, updates customer information, follows up on requests, and identifies cross-selling opportunities. The role requires accurate product knowledge, adherence to security and AML procedures, achievement of service and sales KPIs, CRM registration, first-call resolution, and effective customer feedback reporting.
