Provide professional telephone customer service for banking clients, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, process and follow up on requests, update customer information, and ensure first-call resolution. The role also involves identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities, maintaining accurate product knowledge, protecting customer information through security procedures, collecting feedback, meeting productivity and quality KPIs, and complying with AML and bank policies.

Supports the Partnerships Manager in identifying and implementing strategic partnerships with fintech and technology providers. Responsibilities include gathering market data, analyzing trends and customer behavior, running business simulations, maintaining partnership repositories, evaluating innovations, coordinating multiple initiatives, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliant execution aligned with business priorities.

Leads the Client Excellence and Service Delivery team supporting corporate and institutional banking clients. Oversees service metrics, escalations, customer satisfaction, complaint handling, digital adoption, reporting, coaching, and process improvement. Coordinates with product, operations, IT, risk, digital, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with bank procedures and customer-handling standards.
