Responsibilities include defining technical vision, designing scalable and highly available systems, executing technical projects, participating in architecture decisions, monitoring and optimizing services, improving CI/CD and infrastructure, conducting postmortems, mentoring engineers, documenting practices, and aligning with partner teams.

Lead and grow an enterprise data engineering team while owning the Snowflake and Airflow platform roadmap. Build reliable, governed data products and modernize pipelines using AI-assisted and agentic workflows. Establish standards for quality, observability, lineage, cost efficiency, incident response, and documentation while partnering with Analytics, Data Science, Product, and business stakeholders.

Leads the Marketplace Implementation team responsible for enterprise client onboarding and marketplace launches. Manages people, capacity, SLAs, escalations, implementation performance, training, and process improvements. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and leadership to resolve technical issues, improve operational efficiency, and deliver consistent client experiences. Requires marketplace integration, product feed, eCommerce operations, enterprise implementation, people leadership, and client management expertise.
