Teams at Commerce

The Senior Product Manager for Payments will lead product strategy and execution for the Payments and Financial Services portfolio, driving outcomes and aligning cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experiences and product capabilities.

Lead strategic customer relationships to ensure adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion across Commerce's AI-driven commerce products. Act as a trusted advisor, collaborate with product, sales, and support to solve complex commerce challenges, and promote responsible use of AI to accelerate customer outcomes.

Administer and configure Commerce's Salesforce org with emphasis on Service Cloud: case management, routing, entitlements, SLAs, CTI/telephony, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud. Build declarative automations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects), maintain data quality, triage user issues, document changes, and collaborate with developers for custom solutions. Support sales, support, and customer success teams and manage sandbox/change processes to ensure reliable, scalable platform operations.
