Support day-to-day GRC operations: assess third-party vendors, maintain vendor risk register, track remediation and control evidence, assist with internal control testing and audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), maintain policies, prepare reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Lead infrastructure engineering for Commerce’s development environment and cloud-hosted VMs. Maintain containerized services, automate manual processes, manage configuration and systems, monitor tooling health, document architecture, educate engineers, contribute to roadmap planning, and collaborate with distributed teams. The role also includes project leadership, requirements gathering, code quality ownership, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Leads infrastructure and platform engineering teams responsible for globally scalable, highly available systems. Owns infrastructure roadmaps, cloud-native and Kubernetes adoption, infrastructure-as-code, developer productivity, reliability, security, and observability initiatives. Manages hiring, coaching, performance, and career development while partnering with engineering, product, security, architecture, and other stakeholders. The role combines people leadership with occasional technical design, architecture review, and hands-on implementation.
