Process weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll for 1,200+ employees, manage time and direct deposit submissions, prepare withholding reports and payments, handle payroll issues, verify changes/new hires, produce payroll reports for finance, and support construction-specific payroll tasks including prevailing wage and temp time entry.

Support the Project Manager by coordinating shop drawings, submittals, purchasing/POs, and document control. Track and update weekly manpower schedules and projection vs. actual charts. Produce 100% weld-quality in various positions, install and repair piping, calculate material measurements, and conduct weld quality tests to meet ASME Section IX standards (Carbon Steel Schedule 40, open root, 6G). Work involves lifting, fixture access, and exposure to high noise and temperature.

Provide administrative support for construction sites: schedule and coordinate communications, manage project documents, track progress and budgets, handle invoices and inventory, maintain safety documentation, and prepare status reports for management.

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for large modular assemblies, lead continuous improvement projects, support production troubleshooting and new product introductions, optimize factory layout and material flow, develop ROI business cases for capital investments, and collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, procurement, and vendors.

Manage off-site constructed mechanical equipment projects from design through installation, start-up and completion. Oversee design/specs/drawings, cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, submittals, subcontractors, O&M manuals, warranties, and as-builts. Serve as single point of contact and lead interdisciplinary engineering and design teams to deliver projects on budget, on time, and per safety and regulatory standards.

Oversee employee restroom use in a manufacturing facility: manage sign-in/out logs, assign stalls, inspect stalls after use, document misuse or sanitation issues, and report violations to supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules; coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project teams. Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, maintain accurate records in ERP/project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint), identify and mitigate delays or shortages, and support continuous improvement in procurement operations.

Manage and organize quality and production documentation, ensuring completeness and proper filing in BIM360 and shared drives. Support Quality Team with inspections, equipment calibration logs, training coordination, ExakTime review, and documentation of meetings, photos, and supplier equipment data. Assist with weld-counts and other QC-prep activities.

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, align plans with orders, materials, and capacity, communicate schedule changes, track performance and produce reports, coordinate cross-functionally, support continuous improvement and scheduling tool implementations, and ensure scheduling complies with safety and operational standards.

Promote and enforce construction site safety by implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, delivering training, investigating incidents, managing PPE, ensuring OSHA compliance, preparing safety documentation, and collaborating with project teams to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Lead evaluation, pilot testing, and integration of emerging construction technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, validate solutions, report findings, and drive continuous improvement and vendor evaluations.

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel pipe in all positions to meet ASME Sec IX standards (including 6G open root). Fabricate and finish metal products, follow blueprints and measurements, test weld quality, install and repair equipment, and maintain shop safety and PPE requirements.

Perform pipe welding, fabrication, installation, and repair per blueprints. Achieve 100% weld quality in all positions, conduct weld testing, calculate material measurements, and follow safety and construction protocols. Must pass ASME Section IX certification for Carbon Steel Schedule 40 Pipe (open root, 6G) and use SMAW process while handling physically demanding conditions.

Deploy and improve the Product Quality Plan, own KPIs for customer satisfaction and process performance, investigate and resolve customer complaints, lead root cause corrective actions, conduct audits, train staff and suppliers, implement core quality tools and advanced quality planning to reduce cost of poor quality and ensure compliance with QMS standards.
