Serves as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining reception and conference areas, ordering supplies and catering, coordinating room schedules, handling mail and UPS shipments, maintaining visitor logs, supporting postage equipment, directing janitorial services, and assisting office personnel. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Plans and executes company, employee, family, community, and special events. Coordinates venues, catering, materials, registration, timelines, setup, and breakdown. Manages event vendors, quotes, budgets, expenses, deliveries, company store inventory, recognition items, and employee engagement programs. Tracks participation and feedback, provides administrative and project coordination support, and ensures events align with company culture and brand standards.

Manage all phases of mechanical, piping, and plumbing construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee specifications, bids, vendors, subcontractors, costs, schedules, submittals, change orders, invoices, O&M manuals, and warranties. Ensure code and OSHA compliance, coordinate shop drawings and fabrication shipments, and deliver projects on budget, on time, and meeting quality and safety standards.

Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs, conduct inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, maintain compliance documentation, oversee PPE and emergency response planning, and promote a proactive safety culture across manufacturing, construction, or warehouse sites.

Manage daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, and HRIS data entry.

Manage employee relations by serving as initial contact for complaints, addressing routine labor inquiries, promoting company events and compliance, maintaining knowledge of EEO/affirmative action laws, and spending most of the day interacting directly with employees.

Lead enterprise-wide safety strategy and culture change across manufacturing, construction, electrical, technology, and field service. Build predictive intelligence using AI/ML and wearable/computer vision tech, implement behavioral science-based programs, oversee risk governance exceeding regulatory standards, and institutionalize organizational learning and continuous improvement.

Perform assembly/layout and material handling in a manufacturing environment. Must read tape measure, use power tools, follow safety rules, work in a fast-paced team, and speak/read English or Spanish. Blueprint reading preferred; construction and welding experience are a plus. On-site, full-time position.

Deploy and improve the Product Quality Plan, own KPIs for customer satisfaction and process performance, investigate and resolve customer complaints, lead root cause corrective actions, conduct audits, train staff and suppliers, implement core quality tools and advanced quality planning to reduce cost of poor quality and ensure compliance with QMS standards.

Lead evaluation, pilot testing, and integration of emerging construction technologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, validate solutions, report findings, and drive continuous improvement and vendor evaluations.

Perform pipe welding, fabrication, installation, and repair per blueprints. Achieve 100% weld quality in all positions, conduct weld testing, calculate material measurements, and follow safety and construction protocols. Must pass ASME Section IX certification for Carbon Steel Schedule 40 Pipe (open root, 6G) and use SMAW process while handling physically demanding conditions.

Manage and organize quality and production documentation, ensuring completeness and proper filing in BIM360 and shared drives. Support Quality Team with inspections, equipment calibration logs, training coordination, ExakTime review, and documentation of meetings, photos, and supplier equipment data. Assist with weld-counts and other QC-prep activities.

Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for large modular assemblies, lead continuous improvement projects, support production troubleshooting and new product introductions, optimize factory layout and material flow, develop ROI business cases for capital investments, and collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, procurement, and vendors.

Support the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, cost tracking, document control, and field coordination. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams, maintain schedules and project logs, perform site visits, assist with billing and invoices, enforce safety, and prepare meeting minutes and reports.

Perform layout, fabrication, and assembly of sheet metal HVAC ductwork from blueprints. Measure, cut, bend, and join metal using shop tools; fabricate fittings and transitions; inspect for quality and specifications; maintain safety and cleanliness; troubleshoot fabrication issues and collaborate with team to meet schedules.

Provide administrative support for construction sites: schedule and coordinate communications, manage project documents, track progress and budgets, handle invoices and inventory, maintain safety documentation, and prepare status reports for management.

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, align plans with orders, materials, and capacity; coordinate cross-functionally; monitor performance, report metrics, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes while ensuring safety compliance.

Support the Project Manager by coordinating shop drawings, submittals, purchasing/POs, and document control. Track and update weekly manpower schedules and projection vs. actual charts. Provide technical support to field teams, oversee quality assurance activities, and coordinate across departments and contractors to minimize delays and rework.

Promote and enforce construction site safety by implementing safety programs, conducting inspections, delivering training, investigating incidents, managing PPE, ensuring OSHA compliance, preparing safety documentation, and collaborating with project teams to maintain a proactive safety culture.

Perform pipe welding and fabrication to blueprints, producing 100% quality welds in all positions. Install, repair, and test welds to verify tolerance and meet ASME Section IX code requirements, including 6G open-root carbon steel Schedule 40 pipe.
