Manage daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, investigations, and HRIS data entry.

Perform high-quality pipe welding (primarily carbon steel) in a manufacturing shop, following blueprints and ASME Section IX standards. Fabricate, install, and repair components, calculate material measurements, test weld quality, and work in varied environmental conditions.

Manage employee relations by serving as initial contact for complaints, addressing routine labor inquiries, promoting company events and compliance, maintaining knowledge of EEO/affirmative action laws, and spending most of the day interacting directly with employees.
