Process weekly and semi-monthly multi-state payroll for 1,200+ employees, manage time and direct deposit submissions, prepare withholding reports and payments, handle payroll issues, verify changes/new hires, produce payroll reports for finance, and support construction-specific payroll tasks including prevailing wage and temp time entry.

Support the Project Manager by coordinating shop drawings, submittals, purchasing/POs, and document control. Track and update weekly manpower schedules and projection vs. actual charts. Provide technical support to field teams, oversee quality assurance activities, and coordinate across departments and contractors to minimize delays and rework.

Perform torque-wrench testing on steel pipe assemblies, handle and move materials, climb ladders, follow safety procedures, and work in a fast-paced, noisy shop environment on first shift with occasional overtime.
