Manages multiple BIM/VDC projects, schedules, deliverables, project leads, designers, and third-party resources. Sets up and reviews Revit and CAD models, coordinates with construction and prefab teams, tracks RFIs and schedule risks, supports leadership initiatives, and ensures BIM/VDC deliverables meet construction timelines. The role also provides feedback, team leadership, and project coverage for absent design leads.

Leads the technical architecture, integrations, security, environments, development standards, data migration, releases, and support for IFS Cloud. Oversees implementation partners, vendors, upgrades, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, governance, documentation, and change management. Translates business requirements into sustainable ERP solutions, mentors technical resources, and improves automation, scalability, and maintainability.

Deploy and improve the Product Quality Plan, own KPIs for customer satisfaction and process performance, investigate and resolve customer complaints, lead root cause corrective actions, conduct audits, train staff and suppliers, implement core quality tools and advanced quality planning to reduce cost of poor quality and ensure compliance with QMS standards.
