Design and draft electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems for industrial machinery. Create control system diagrams, electrical schematics, panel layouts, bills of materials, and develop PLC and HMI programs. Lead development of assembly line control system concepts, functional specifications, PLC/HMI programs, and on-site commissioning. Provide debugging, troubleshooting, motion control design, protocol integration, technical support, and project management while maintaining customer relationships. Bilingual Mandarin/English required.

Lead mechanical design and technical execution from project kickoff through customer acceptance. Manage engineering schedules, resources, risk analysis, Make/Buy scope, ECRs, design reviews, documentation, operator training, and customer technical relationships. Drive lessons-learned, cost/timing reductions, and team performance evaluations. Support manufacturing recovery actions and define new, non-standard solutions.
