Manage all on-site activities from installation through final acceptance, ensuring safety, staffing, documentation control, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with project teams. Oversee Site Supervisors, manpower forecasts, warranty resolution, and weekly reporting while supporting engineering changes and adherence to site processes.

Develop manufacturing processes and automation solutions for new systems. Collaborate with sales, project management, engineering, commissioning, and estimating to create competitive technical proposals. Create system layouts and process flows using CAD and support proposal development for powertrain, electrification, and battery assembly projects.

Lead mechanical engineering projects from proposal through customer buy-off, managing scope, schedule, budget, suppliers, changes, risks, and technical interfaces while ensuring safety, quality, and installation readiness.
