Leads the customer support organization for aviation aftermarket services, overseeing customer satisfaction, service-level performance, escalations, quoting, pricing governance, account reviews, and support coordination. Partners across commercial, military, technical, operations, and flight teams to deliver commitments, grow aftermarket revenue, improve reliability, and manage AOG events. Develops staffing, training, performance, and career plans while supporting strategic customer relationships and MRO offers.

Responsible for cost accounting, financial analysis, and inventory accounting supporting aircraft operations, maintenance, and technical services. Analyzes operating costs, maintenance expenses, inventory, fleet profitability, and utilization; prepares reconciliations, journal entries, forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and compliance documentation. Partners with operational, supply chain, sales, and technical teams to improve costing methodologies, financial controls, maintenance planning, and fleet decision-making.

Serves as the primary customer interface for assigned aviation service accounts. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, quotes, repair requests, work orders, status updates, scheduling, delivery coordination, invoice resolution, contract administration, and customer records. The role coordinates with planning, production, finance, quality, and technical teams while proactively communicating risks and supporting process improvements. It also requires periodic after-hours AOG and emergency coordination.
