Leads enterprise pricing strategy, proposal governance, profitability management, and commercial decision-making across aviation, MRO, parts, engineering, training, and aircraft services. Develops pricing methodologies, cost estimates, margin targets, business cases, and competitive analyses; supports RFPs, negotiations, and long-term contracts. Partners with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to align commercial commitments with operational capabilities and improve revenue and margins.

Manages supplier performance, development, sourcing, risk mitigation, and supply chain reliability for helicopter fleet sustainment and MRO operations. Responsibilities include supplier scorecards, corrective actions, improvement projects, strategic negotiations, critical component sourcing, obsolescence management, shortage recovery, and executive performance reporting. The role partners with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, MRO Operations, and Flight Operations to ensure material availability, supplier capability, and fleet readiness.

Serves as the primary customer interface for aviation repair, overhaul, and service accounts. Processes quote and repair requests, tracks work orders, coordinates with internal teams, prepares quotations, monitors delivery schedules, resolves invoice issues, maintains customer documentation, and communicates status updates. Supports emergency AOG coordination on a rotating on-call schedule and identifies recurring issues for process improvement.
