Lead business development for the MK47 weapons program: identify opportunities, win government and international contracts, manage bids, build partnerships, support weapon integration (RWS/UGV), conduct live-fire demos, and train sales and users while ensuring export compliance.

Support manufacturing continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods: lead Kaizen/5S events, analyze production data, eliminate waste, document standard work, track KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap), perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve flow, quality, safety, and cost.
