Own product lifecycle from research and roadmap to requirements, development, and launch. Define product strategy, positioning, and messaging. Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, production, and support. Manage demos, tradeshow product, and departmental budget. Must travel and report daily to the West Harford, CT office.

Lead business development for the MK47 weapons program: identify opportunities, win government and international contracts, manage bids, build partnerships, support weapon integration (RWS/UGV), conduct live-fire demos, and train sales and users while ensuring export compliance.

Design and develop firearm products from concept through production, support prototyping and testing, perform engineering analyses and FMEAs, create technical data packages and documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and support sustainment and regulatory efforts under guidance of senior engineers.

Support and improve manufacturing and assembly processes, resolve production issues, maintain process documentation, design tooling and layouts, justify capital equipment, estimate costs for process changes, and support automation, quality, and operator training to bring new products from blueprint to production.
