Develops and maintains manufacturing schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, capacity, and lead times. Coordinates with Procurement, Production, Inventory, Engineering, suppliers, and other teams to prevent shortages, resolve bottlenecks, manage schedule risks, and execute recovery plans. Maintains ERP/MRP planning data, tracks delivery and inventory metrics, supports new product introductions, improves planning accuracy, and mentors less experienced planners.

Leads commercial, military, law-enforcement, and operational programs from initiation through completion. Develops integrated plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, risk registers, and phase-gate deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, procurement, sales, and marketing; communicates with leadership, customers, suppliers, and partners. Monitors program performance, resolves barriers, manages scope changes, drives accountability, and improves new product development processes in a manufacturing environment.

Leads mechanical product development and industrialization from concept through full-rate production. Oversees CAD design, engineering analysis, manufacturability, supplier qualification, manufacturing readiness, launch planning, production-line setup, and transition to serial production. Coordinates Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, and suppliers while resolving technical and operational risks and mentoring engineering staff.
