Lead business development for the MK47 weapons program: identify opportunities, win government and international contracts, manage bids, build partnerships, support weapon integration (RWS/UGV), conduct live-fire demos, and train sales and users while ensuring export compliance.

Design and develop firearm products from concept through production, support prototyping and testing, perform engineering analyses and FMEAs, create technical data packages and documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and support sustainment and regulatory efforts under guidance of senior engineers.

The Quality Supervisor oversees quality control processes, manages inspection teams, ensures compliance with standards, investigates quality issues, and promotes continuous improvement.
