Lead daily production operations by supervising operators and technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Train staff, troubleshoot equipment and processes, manage schedules, timecards, documentation, and identify process improvements.

Analyze production data from ERP, spreadsheets, and shop-floor reports to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Produce routine performance reports, support root cause analysis, and help implement Lean/Six Sigma continuous-improvement actions with production teams and engineers.

Perform precision machining and prototype fabrication for firearm products and accessories. Interpret CAD models, drawings, and specifications; select tools, materials, and fixtures; collaborate with product design engineers; provide design feedback; support testing through measurement and data logging; and ensure safety, quality, and performance requirements are met.
