Manages the clinic’s daily operations, staffing, patient flow, scheduling, compliance, communication, and staff development. Provides leadership for a team serving adult and pediatric patients, coordinates with physicians and organizational management, supports quality patient care, and maintains OSHA and HIPAA compliance. The role also includes executing professional nursing care, patient education, and identifying operational improvements.
