Provides direct and indirect care to adult and pediatric allergy and asthma patients under clinical supervision. Performs medical office, front-desk, scheduling, check-in/check-out, billing, insurance, and compliance duties. Requires teamwork, professionalism, computer proficiency, patient-service focus, OSHA and HIPAA compliance, current CPR certification, and Hepatitis B vaccination.

Provides direct and indirect care to adult and pediatric allergy and asthma patients under physician and clinic management direction. Performs medical office, front-desk, scheduling, check-in/check-out, billing, insurance processing, and compliance duties. Requires teamwork, professionalism, computer proficiency, CPR certification, and HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Full-time schedule is four nine-hour days, with occasional rotating Saturday coverage.

Provides front-desk and administrative support in a busy allergy and asthma clinic. Welcomes patients, schedules appointments, checks patients in and out, answers calls, provides information, and supports clerical workflows. The role requires professionalism, flexibility, strong customer service, computer literacy, teamwork, and compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.
