Lead a Risk & Compliance team to provide Line 2 advisory across risk classes, advise on complex compliance matters, embed frameworks and obligation management, develop compliance reporting and dashboards, engage regulators, integrate ESG and AI-driven insights, and drive continuous improvement in a superannuation and wealth management environment.

Lead and execute business analysis across delivery streams: elicit and define requirements, model processes and use cases, facilitate workshops, influence senior stakeholders, assess options and recommend solutions, and support solution delivery and change management to achieve business outcomes.

Manage end-to-end production and compliance of disclosure documents (PDS and related forms) for superannuation and investment products. Liaise with stakeholders (Legal, SMEs, product and project teams), apply regulatory changes, maintain accurate materials, improve PDS processes, handle compliance breaches, and advise the business on disclosure matters.

Provide practical legal advice to management and boards across corporate and commercial matters (contracts, AML/CTF, regulatory, IP, technology, M&A, litigation), support corporate governance and company secretary functions, lead compliance and risk projects, communicate clearly, and contribute to legal team goals and culture.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI-enabled products: design, implement, deploy and operate AI agents and copilots, embed responsible AI controls, partner cross-functionally, mentor teams, and own AI service health and engineering standards.

Provide practical legal advice on superannuation, investments and managed accounts; advise on product design, disclosure, regulatory compliance, investment management and agreements; negotiate and review investment documents and side letters; manage legal risk and compliance; build stakeholder relationships; support legal team goals and continuous improvement.
