Conduct technology-focused internal audits, assess IT and application controls, evaluate data governance and technology risk frameworks, and produce audit reports with actionable recommendations. The role assesses member harm and systemic risks, recommends corrective actions, supports regulatory compliance, coaches others, and uses AI-enabled tools and automation to improve governance effectiveness.

Provide responsive phone and email support to employers and payroll contacts across operational and servicing enquiries. Own enquiries through resolution, coordinate internal teams, explain processes clearly, and improve employer service experiences. The role also identifies recurring issues and process gaps, supports continuous improvement, partners with relationship managers, and contributes to a consistent employer-centric servicing model within financial services.

Leads the Retirement Program portfolio, coordinating product development, digital engagement, and retention initiatives. Responsibilities include prioritization, resource and budget management, program reporting, governance, risk and issue escalation, change control, planning, and discovery of new initiatives.
