Lead go-to-market strategy and acquisition for under-50 employee segment. Design digital-first partnerships and campaigns, run test-and-learn experiments, optimise UX and conversion, measure performance, and deliver scalable SME acquisition.

Lead product and regulatory initiatives for superannuation and insurance products. Drive end-to-end delivery from analysis and business case through implementation, manage and monitor regulatory risks, assess impacts, design business responses, and advise stakeholders while collaborating across the business.

Provide empathetic, high-quality inbound customer service for members, advisers, and employers on superannuation, investments and pensions. Use knowledge resources, simplify complex information, escalate issues, meet KPIs, accept coaching, and progressively upskill through four contact-centre tiers.

Lead and develop a QA & Test team to design and execute functional and non-functional test strategies, drive automation and AI-focused improvements, oversee test deliverables, and foster team development and quality processes across the FirstChoice platform.

Lead end-to-end delivery of transformational projects ($3M–$10M), translate strategy into deliverable programs, manage vendors and stakeholder relationships, facilitate cross-functional teams, and ensure commercial and delivery outcomes.
