Designs, builds, and manages scalable, secure data products and platforms. Develops production-quality Python, PySpark, and SQL solutions; manages ingestion, orchestration, data models, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud data environments. Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to ensure data warehouses meet business needs, while applying data governance, metadata, lineage, testing, documentation, and security standards.

Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of CFS’s scalable data platform infrastructure. Develop data engineering solutions, ETL processes, warehouses, ingestion patterns, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Terraform, Python, and SQL. Provide technical strategy, code reviews, guidance, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring performance, governance, compliance, disaster recovery, and reliable data delivery across the organisation.

Lead the Employer and Partnerships marketing function, defining growth strategy, integrated marketing plans, acquisition channels, and performance measurement. Drive pipeline, conversion, ROI, personalization, and optimization across direct, intermediary, and partner channels. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Distribution, Product, Digital, and Risk while ensuring compliance with governance standards. The role requires strong commercial, digital, data, stakeholder management, communication, and delivery capabilities, with Adobe marketing technology experience desirable.
