Lead and develop a QA & Test team to design and execute functional and non-functional test strategies, drive automation and AI-focused improvements, oversee test deliverables, and foster team development and quality processes across the FirstChoice platform.

Lead end-to-end delivery of transformational projects ($3M–$10M), translate strategy into deliverable programs, manage vendors and stakeholder relationships, facilitate cross-functional teams, and ensure commercial and delivery outcomes.
