Lead creation of high-quality video content for BBC News Marathi across digital and social platforms. Pitch, plan and produce videos from concept to final cut, ensure editorial accuracy, impartiality and legal compliance, present live and recorded segments, manage cross-platform publishing, and optimise content for audience engagement using SEO and audience metrics.

Manage and support digital media production and publishing platforms, live streaming, cloud media services, CMS and content distribution. Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, capacity planning, backups and disaster recovery. Implement AI/automation initiatives, dashboards, analytics, and governance while collaborating with editorial teams for technology improvements.

Trainee will learn and assist with live and recorded broadcast workflows, studio and gallery readiness, production coordination, rundown management, and day-to-day production operations under supervision.
