The role is a shift-based and responsible for ensuring platform reliability, operational excellence and continuous innovation across all digital media operations.

Collective Newsroom is an independent content-production company founded by four former senior BBC employees in India. Launched on 10 April 2024, it produces news content for providers in India and globally, with the BBC as its first client.
