Lead design, administration, migration, and optimization of Oracle databases and Fusion/EBS applications across OCI and on-premises. Implement HA/DR, perform upgrades and migrations, automate tasks with scripts, monitor performance, manage backups and security, and provide 24×7 production support and on-call rotation.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise AI/ML systems (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems). Provide hands-on technical leadership, design production pipelines, model serving, evaluation frameworks, and governance. Collaborate with data engineering, software, IT, and business teams to ensure secure, explainable, and well-governed AI solutions from prototype through production.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI/Fabric dashboards, SSRS reports, and SSIS ETL. Build and optimize T-SQL queries, data models, and ETL for accurate, high-performance reporting. Collaborate with business users, troubleshoot production issues, and follow development best practices.

Gather and translate business requirements, perform gap analysis, design functional solutions, manage projects and production support, troubleshoot issues, and produce deliverables including test scripts and training materials. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data conversions, and ensure SLA-driven incident resolution.

Analyze, design, implement and test Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules; develop functional and technical specifications; prepare and execute unit and end-to-end tests and CRPs; investigate and resolve application issues; manage Oracle TARs; perform RICEW development (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows), PL/SQL and XML Publisher work; support month-end close, data conversions and integrations; document processes and train end users.

Develop and maintain end-to-end e-learning and instructor-led training using authoring tools, manage LMS administration and onboarding, provide technical support, track learning analytics and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning through stakeholder collaboration.

Design and develop end-to-end e-learning and instructor-led courseware, manage and administer the LMS for onboarding and departmental training, provide LMS technical support, monitor enrollments and completions, create reports and dashboards, ensure content quality and version control, and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness.

Lead analysis, design, implementation and testing of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules. Prepare test scripts, conduct CRP/UAT, resolve functional issues, manage Oracle TARs, develop specs, document processes, train users, and support integrations and RICEW development.

Analyze, design, develop and test Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions (Distribution modules). Provide application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, manage project components and support tickets, engage business users, and produce technical specifications, gap analyses, test scripts and training materials.

Lead design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for high-performance transceivers and optical modules. Work with low-level protocols, implement embedded algorithms, develop/debug Embedded Linux (Yocto/OpenWRT) and device drivers, automate with Shell/Python, simulate/verify firmware, and collaborate across hardware, manufacturing, test, and customers.
