Analyze, design, implement and test Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules; develop functional and technical specifications; prepare and execute unit and end-to-end tests and CRPs; investigate and resolve application issues; manage Oracle TARs; perform RICEW development (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows), PL/SQL and XML Publisher work; support month-end close, data conversions and integrations; document processes and train end users.

Develop and maintain end-to-end e-learning and instructor-led training using authoring tools, manage LMS administration and onboarding, provide technical support, track learning analytics and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning through stakeholder collaboration.

Design and develop end-to-end e-learning and instructor-led courseware, manage and administer the LMS for onboarding and departmental training, provide LMS technical support, monitor enrollments and completions, create reports and dashboards, ensure content quality and version control, and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness.

Lead analysis, design, implementation and testing of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules. Prepare test scripts, conduct CRP/UAT, resolve functional issues, manage Oracle TARs, develop specs, document processes, train users, and support integrations and RICEW development.

Analyze, design, develop and test Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions (Distribution modules). Provide application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, manage project components and support tickets, engage business users, and produce technical specifications, gap analyses, test scripts and training materials.

Support, maintain, and configure Oracle EPM Cloud modules; develop forms, reports, business rules, Groovy/JavaScript customizations; manage data integrations and EPM Automate processes; administer user provisioning/security and Smart View; lead testing for releases and act as liaison between Accounting and IT to ensure financial system integrity and process improvements.

Serve as a Salesforce techno-functional SME: analyze requirements, configure platform features (objects, flows, automation), manage data/integrations, support reporting, partner with business users, resolve production issues, collaborate on design/testing/deployment, and contribute to AI-driven Salesforce use cases.

Lead design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for high-performance transceivers and optical modules. Work with low-level protocols, implement embedded algorithms, develop/debug Embedded Linux (Yocto/OpenWRT) and device drivers, automate with Shell/Python, simulate/verify firmware, and collaborate across hardware, manufacturing, test, and customers.
