Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data conversions, and ensure SLA-driven incident resolution.

Lead analysis, design, implementation and testing of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules. Prepare test scripts, conduct CRP/UAT, resolve functional issues, manage Oracle TARs, develop specs, document processes, train users, and support integrations and RICEW development.

Analyze, design, implement and test Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules; develop functional and technical specifications; prepare and execute unit and end-to-end tests and CRPs; investigate and resolve application issues; manage Oracle TARs; perform RICEW development (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows), PL/SQL and XML Publisher work; support month-end close, data conversions and integrations; document processes and train end users.

Develop and maintain end-to-end e-learning and instructor-led training using authoring tools, manage LMS administration and onboarding, provide technical support, track learning analytics and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in digital learning through stakeholder collaboration.

Analyze, design, develop and test Oracle E-Business Suite R12 solutions (Distribution modules). Provide application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, manage project components and support tickets, engage business users, and produce technical specifications, gap analyses, test scripts and training materials.

Design and develop end-to-end e-learning and instructor-led courseware, manage and administer the LMS for onboarding and departmental training, provide LMS technical support, monitor enrollments and completions, create reports and dashboards, ensure content quality and version control, and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness.

Lead design, administration, migration, and optimization of Oracle databases and Fusion/EBS applications across OCI and on-premises. Implement HA/DR, perform upgrades and migrations, automate tasks with scripts, monitor performance, manage backups and security, and provide 24×7 production support and on-call rotation.

Responsible for administration, performance tuning, HA/DR and security of SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases (on-prem and Azure). Tasks include installations, patching, migrations, query optimization, backup/restore/PITR, Always On/Failover clustering, monitoring/alerting, automation via scripting, and production support with on-call rotation.

Design, implement, migrate, and administer Oracle databases and OCI infrastructure. Provide high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, backup/recovery, monitoring, automation, EBS/WebLogic support, and 24x7 production support including migrations to OCI and zero-downtime strategies.
