Lead analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 across Distribution modules. Gather and translate business requirements, perform gap analysis, design functional solutions, manage projects and production support, troubleshoot issues, and produce deliverables including test scripts and training materials. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, data conversions, and ensure SLA-driven incident resolution.

Analyze, design, implement and test Oracle E-Business Suite financial modules; develop functional and technical specifications; prepare and execute unit and end-to-end tests and CRPs; investigate and resolve application issues; manage Oracle TARs; perform RICEW development (forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows), PL/SQL and XML Publisher work; support month-end close, data conversions and integrations; document processes and train end users.
