Lead a healthcare analytics and clinical configuration team, owning end-to-end auto-decisioning strategies for new client implementations. The role manages cross-functional initiatives, monitors clinical and operational metrics, partners with analytics, supports client engagements, identifies process gaps, and escalates risks. Candidates need healthcare program management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with utilization management, payer operations, and value-based care.
