Lead end-to-end product strategy, development, launch, and lifecycle management for deposit and treasury products. Originate and manage commercial lending and deposit relationships, analyze creditworthiness, structure loans, monitor portfolios, ensure BSA/AML/OFAC compliance, cross-sell products, and maintain strong client and community relationships to maximize profitability and minimize risk.

Lead development and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients, focusing on retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and wealth transfer strategies. Conduct client discovery, coordinate with tax and legal advisors, support business development, mentor junior planners, ensure regulatory compliance, and use financial planning software to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
