Underwrites new and existing loans, evaluates borrower creditworthiness and financial information, manages larger borrower and watch-list relationships, presents deals to senior credit leadership, and supports lending policy development. Ensures BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance while providing customer-focused lending support. The role also involves credit bureau analysis, financial spreadsheet processing, regulatory adherence, and travel to outside markets as needed.

Administers the bank’s IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, endpoints, Active Directory, email, backups, VPNs, firewalls, print systems, and phone systems. Provides Tier 2 helpdesk escalation, patching, endpoint remediation, user onboarding and offboarding, automation, asset tracking, backup rotation, ISP coordination, and support for new locations. The role also assists with IT projects, vendor coordination, and banking-center physical security hardware while maintaining required compliance knowledge.

Develops and manages commercial banking relationships, originates loans, grows deposit and treasury business, and provides client service. Evaluates borrower financial condition, creditworthiness, collateral, cash flow, and repayment sources; structures and negotiates credits; monitors portfolios and collections; supports renewals and documentation. Builds referral networks, cross-sells banking products, manages risk, and ensures BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.
