Develops and manages commercial banking relationships, originates loans, grows deposit and treasury business, and provides client service. Evaluates borrower financial condition, creditworthiness, collateral, cash flow, and repayment sources; structures and negotiates credits; monitors portfolios and collections; supports renewals and documentation. Builds referral networks, cross-sells banking products, manages risk, and ensures BSA/AML/OFAC compliance.

Supports commercial lending operations by collecting financial, tax, insurance, compliance, and loan documentation; tracking past-due items and closing requirements; coordinating with customers, lenders, relationship managers, attorneys, and loan operations; preparing credit and OFAC reports; assisting with BSA/AML and CIP compliance; entering customer data into core systems; and providing administrative and client service support.

Assesses borrower creditworthiness, underwrites new and existing loans, evaluates financial information, monitors higher-risk lending relationships, and presents deals to senior credit leadership. The role also supports credit policy development, administers borrower reports, performs credit and OFAC checks, ensures BSA/AML compliance, and maintains lending relationships while delivering timely customer service.
