We are looking for a CRM & Integrations professional with 2 years of relevant experience to configure, manage, and maintain Close CRM for our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM administration, workflow configuration, data management, and basic software integrations. The role involves working closely with product and development teams to support API-based integrations and automation using Python.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and maintain Close CRM to support sales and marketing operations.
Create and manage contacts, opportunities, custom fields, pipelines, and related CRM records.
Configure and maintain email templates, SMS templates, and workflow automations.
Set up and support integrations between Close CRM and platforms such as Salesmsg, Typeform, Jotform, and internal applications.
Test API integrations, validate data flows, and troubleshoot integration issues.
Write, modify, and maintain basic Python scripts for automation and integration tasks.
Work with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks to support data exchange between systems.
Investigate CRM-related issues and coordinate with product and development teams to resolve them.
Perform data imports, cleanup, deduplication, and validation to maintain CRM data accuracy.
Maintain documentation of CRM configurations, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
Willingness to work in the following shifts: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CRM administration, CRM support, integrations, or a related technical role.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python programming and scripting.
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing.
Experience configuring workflows, managing CRM data, and troubleshooting CRM issues.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to document technical processes clearly.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, and development teams.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on exposure to Close CRM or other CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Experience with API integrations, webhooks, or connecting third-party applications.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
Experience with platforms such as Salesmsg, Typeform, or Jotform.
