Lead and close complex enterprise and public-sector SaaS deals: build pipeline, run multi-stakeholder sales cycles, apply MEDDICC, maintain accurate Salesforce data, and deliver customer insights to influence product and go-to-market strategy.

Own and improve platform security by conducting penetration tests and vulnerability management, managing DAST/SAST and SIEM tooling, integrating security into CI/CD, leading incident response and forensics, enforcing compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001), managing IAM, and delivering security training across the company.

Design, implement, and maintain features across the virtual cloud platform. Own end-to-end development, perform code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve platform capabilities (deployment, auth, developer experience). Contribute to architecture of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-native components.

Lead high-stakes client engagements from setup to delivery: act as primary client contact, align internal and external workstreams, manage requirements through change control and sign-off, run acceptance testing and delivery milestones, surface and mitigate risks, translate between technical and business stakeholders, and establish governance and communication flows.

Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and Engineering: run technical discovery, design scalable cloud architectures, build demos/POCs, present to stakeholders, and feed market insights into product roadmap.

Own the full partner lifecycle, design and run a Partner Program, organize Partner Days, enable partner-driven certification and training, and drive partner-influenced revenue as the primary success metric.

Build and own end-to-end platform features for a sovereign cloud provider: design, implement, test, and maintain APIs, deployment tooling, IAM, secrets, CI integrations, Web IDE, and monitoring. Conduct code/design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and raise platform quality across distributed systems.

Own and drive deployment and runtime platform strategy. Lead full product lifecycle from PRD to launch. Partner with Engineering, SRE, and Design to deliver mission-critical features. Act as product SME for sales/marketing, track KPIs, run RCA loops, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve product-market fit.

Own production reliability: define and enforce SLOs/SLIs/SLAs, monitor health, plan capacity, automate deployments and IaC, run CI/CD pipelines, respond to incidents (24/7 on-call), lead post-mortems, and drive scalability, fault tolerance, DR, and security compliance while partnering with development teams.
