Design, implement, and maintain features across the virtual cloud platform. Own end-to-end development, perform code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve platform capabilities (deployment, auth, developer experience). Contribute to architecture of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-native components.

Serve as primary contact for partner and customer support requests, manage and resolve tickets, document runbooks/FAQs, surface recurring issues to Product & Engineering, collaborate on escalations, and help scale the support function.

Lead and build Codesphere's customer and partner support function: define strategy, processes, SLAs, tooling, and escalation paths. Hire and manage a support team, collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve complex issues, turn recurring problems into systematic fixes, and act as escalation owner for critical incidents.
