Own and improve platform security by conducting penetration tests and vulnerability management, managing DAST/SAST and SIEM tooling, integrating security into CI/CD, leading incident response and forensics, enforcing compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001), managing IAM, and delivering security training across the company.

Design, implement, and maintain features across the virtual cloud platform. Own end-to-end development, perform code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and improve platform capabilities (deployment, auth, developer experience). Contribute to architecture of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-native components.

Serve as primary contact for partner and customer support requests, manage and resolve tickets, document runbooks/FAQs, surface recurring issues to Product & Engineering, collaborate on escalations, and help scale the support function.
