Lead full-stack software development across frontend and backend systems, owning complex technical problems from design through production deployment. Drive architecture decisions, planning, code reviews, automated testing, reliability, scalability, and engineering-practice improvements. Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and automation while collaborating with Product, Design, and distributed EMEA and US teams.

Owns strategic EMEA customer accounts, focusing on retention, renewals, expansion, account health, and advocacy. Builds account plans, leads executive QBRs in English and French, monitors usage and business signals, negotiates renewals, identifies upsell opportunities, develops customer references, and represents customer needs internally. The role requires daily use of AI tools and close partnership with Sales and Product teams.

Lead, hire, coach, and manage a team of net-new Account Executives in North America to acquire enterprise logos. Define target accounts, operationalize ABM, optimize outreach using Salesforce/Apollo/SignalHire/HubSpot, enforce CRM hygiene and forecasting, create playbooks, and drive adoption of MEDDPICC to meet and exceed booking targets.
