Leads strategic HR planning, organizational design, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and HR technology initiatives. Oversees administration, facilities, vendors, audits, and workforce policies. Partners with leadership, clients, project managers, and recruitment teams to improve staffing delivery, employee experience, recruitment efficiency, and organizational scalability.

Develop and maintain IoT applications, firmware, and connected-device solutions for microcontrollers, sensors, and edge devices. Integrate devices with cloud and backend systems using communication protocols, build APIs and data services, troubleshoot connectivity and performance, and apply IoT security practices. Collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams while contributing to testing, code reviews, documentation, deployment, and quality assurance.

Coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery. Translate business requirements into technical tasks, support Agile ceremonies, prioritize work, track timelines and risks, facilitate communication among developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, and maintain project documentation. The role also supports blocker resolution, technical feasibility, quality delivery, process improvement, and team productivity.
