Leads strategic HR planning, organizational design, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and HR technology initiatives. Oversees administration, facilities, vendors, audits, and workforce policies. Partners with leadership, clients, project managers, and recruitment teams to improve staffing delivery, employee experience, recruitment efficiency, and organizational scalability.

Develop and maintain IoT applications, firmware, and connected-device solutions for microcontrollers, sensors, and edge devices. Integrate devices with cloud and backend systems using communication protocols, build APIs and data services, troubleshoot connectivity and performance, and apply IoT security practices. Collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams while contributing to testing, code reviews, documentation, deployment, and quality assurance.

Build and maintain AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes EKS clusters, and GitOps workflows. Automate deployments with Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD; implement monitoring using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry; manage cloud security, secrets, and compliance readiness; troubleshoot production systems; lead incident response and postmortems; and collaborate with development and QA teams to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment practices.
