Provide customer service and oversight at the bowling alley: greet patrons, issue and inspect equipment, collect fees, operate cash register, maintain cleanliness, assist with events and basic clerical/maintenance tasks, and enforce safety and facility rules.

Provide front-line recreational services at USCG MWR facilities: oversee activities, issue and inspect equipment, check IDs, collect fees, schedule court/equipment use, run games and arts/crafts, maintain cleanliness, enforce safety and security, and perform clerical or custodial tasks as needed.

Executive leader responsible for operational performance, strategic execution, and financial results of the Coast Guard Exchange System (63 stores, gas stations, micromarts, and ecommerce; $250M+ sales). Oversees retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, facilities, digital commerce, marketing, and customer experience. Sets financial targets and policies, drives omnichannel strategy, manages inventory and performance metrics, directs store planning and construction, leads talent development, and represents CGX externally.

The Recreation Aid will assist in various recreational activities, provide customer service, oversight of equipment, and help maintain safety and cleanliness in the recreation facility.
