Executive leader responsible for operational performance, strategic execution, and financial results of the Coast Guard Exchange System (63 stores, gas stations, micromarts, and ecommerce; $250M+ sales). Oversees retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, facilities, digital commerce, marketing, and customer experience. Sets financial targets and policies, drives omnichannel strategy, manages inventory and performance metrics, directs store planning and construction, leads talent development, and represents CGX externally.

The Greenskeeper is responsible for maintaining the golf course by mowing, watering, fertilizing, and caring for the greens and landscapes. Duties include operating equipment, adhering to safety standards, and performing related tasks as needed.

Perform maintenance tasks on the golf course including mowing, watering, and applying chemicals. Operate equipment and assist in the pro shop as necessary.
