Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts through complex, multi-threaded cybersecurity and SaaS sales cycles. Responsibilities include prospecting, technical evaluations, enterprise contract negotiation, multi-year deal closure, business-case development, forecasting, pipeline management, channel-partner coordination, and collaboration with Customer Success. The role targets security-conscious buying committees and requires credibility with CISOs, CIOs, procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders.

Leads Coalition Re’s reinsurance portfolio analytics lifecycle, including pricing development, treaty modeling, profitability reviews, risk governance, and executive communication. The role develops pricing methodologies, optimizes risk and returns, establishes data-quality and model-control practices, and partners with underwriting, data science, engineering, and security teams. It also builds relationships with senior leaders, brokers, cedants, and external partners while supporting complex reinsurance treaty decisions.

Build and operate AWS infrastructure, automation, observability, CI/CD, and internal developer platform capabilities. Improve system resilience through failure testing, automated recovery, capacity planning, and SLOs. Develop reusable self-service tools, lead projects from scoping through rollout, mentor engineers, establish infrastructure standards, collaborate across engineering and security teams, and participate in a low-volume on-call rotation.

Design, build, deploy, and operate large-scale distributed scanning services in Python and Go. Improve scanning performance, scalability, reliability, and observability while ingesting threat intelligence and producing security findings. Collaborate with security, product, data, and infrastructure teams; guide architecture and roadmap decisions; resolve complex production issues; maintain secure coding and testing standards; and mentor engineers across a distributed team.

Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed scanning services in Python and Go. Own systems design, implementation, deployment, scalability, reliability, observability, and production support for internet-wide and customer-specific security scans. Collaborate with security, product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver scanning and threat-intelligence capabilities, improve architecture and performance, and mentor engineers.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Coalition’s scanning and cyber-risk data products. Partner with Engineering, Data, Security, Underwriting, Actuarial, Design, and customer teams to improve asset discovery, data quality, accuracy, reliability, scalability, and usability. Define metrics, prioritize initiatives, translate technical challenges into product requirements, guide discovery through launch, and develop APIs and experiences that help stakeholders understand and act on cyber-risk intelligence.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and development of Coalition’s scanning and cyber-risk data products. Improve the coverage, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, and usability of security data, APIs, and customer experiences. Partner with Engineering, Data, Security, Underwriting, Actuarial, Design, and customer-facing teams to define requirements, prioritize trade-offs, establish metrics, and guide initiatives from discovery through launch. Apply AI and automation thoughtfully to improve security outcomes.

Provides staff-level technical leadership for authentication, authorization, account lifecycle, and partner relationship systems. Designs APIs, data models, distributed services, migration strategies, and event-driven architectures. Leads cross-team initiatives, improves testing, observability, deployment safety, and reliability, and mentors engineers. The role requires strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, security-sensitive problem solving, AI-assisted engineering fluency, and experience with production operations.

Provides technical leadership for identity, authentication, authorization, and account capabilities. Designs multi-service architectures, APIs, data models, migration strategies, and event-driven services. Leads cross-team initiatives, improves testing, observability, deployment safety, and reliability, and mentors engineers. The role addresses security-sensitive systems involving OAuth/OIDC, JWTs, RBAC, ReBAC, account identity workflows, partner integrations, and legacy modernization while applying AI tools responsibly.

Manages day-to-day relationships and operations with insurance and reinsurance carrier partners, including data sharing, audits, due diligence, contractual compliance, legal document coordination, broking partner engagement, and internal product development support. Own marketing performance analytics across Coalition’s insurance and cybersecurity businesses. Analyze funnels, campaigns, attribution, pipeline, and revenue; synthesize data from CRM, marketing automation, advertising, web analytics, and sales systems; develop measurement frameworks and dashboards; identify actionable recommendations; and present analytical narratives to marketing and executive leadership while partnering with data, sales, and marketing operations teams.

Build and improve Coalition’s underwriting Workbench, a data-heavy frontend platform used by underwriters. Develop fast, reliable interfaces for complex workflows and AI-assisted underwriting, integrate REST APIs, manage application state, diagnose performance issues, and collaborate with Product, Design, backend engineers, and users. Contribute through testing, code reviews, reusable components, and technical roadmap development.
