Perform comprehensive accessibility testing of websites, apps, and digital content against WCAG/Section 508/ADA. Use automated tools and manual methods (screen readers, keyboard navigation) to identify barriers, produce test plans and audit reports, validate remediations, consult with design/dev teams, and support accessibility training and early design reviews.

Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components; collaborate with stakeholders; support integrations, data migrations, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and documentation while following best practices.

Write, edit, and manage federal/state/local/utility proposals (RFPs, RFIs, Task Orders, PowerPoints). Ensure compliance, one-voice tone, coordinate SMEs and capture managers, maintain technical library, and manage smaller proposal efforts under multiple deadlines.
